5/15/2009 12:43:44 PM 77 Posts: 0	long bond has a seasonal buy 5/14 then one more down seasonally about in mid june time frame after that long bond tends to work it's way higher into year end long bond up means yields down, which is what the usa needs to save the mortgage market and thus the housing market SPX topped last friday into more horrible housing data, horrible rise in foreclosures 8)

6/30/2009 5:28:07 AM yungrader Posts: 0	I write mortgage loans part time and for rates to jump in into the high 5's would not serve a good purpose in trying to revive the housing market if not one can afford the loan. I believe rates will move into the lower 4's and maintain some flatlining there for some time
